IWA DLA is a newly developed level dyeing agent for polyester fabrics rapid dyeing, also a one bath process level dyeing agent for polyester/cotton mix fabrics.
IWA DLA has been concerned about high content of Glauber’s Salt, so the dispersing ability is not affected by the presence of Glauber’s salt.
PROPERTIES:
Appearance Yellow to reddish brown oily liquid
Ionic Properties Nonionic and anionic
PH (1% aq. Solution) 7.0 ± 1.0
Solubility Easily soluble in water
CHARACTERISTICS :
1.  Has excellent dye solubilisation affinity, it is useful to prevent tarring of dye stuff on high temp. And high pressure dyeing process.
2.  Has proper retarding affinity and has excellent migration affinity.
3.  Has good properties in the bath containing high Glauber’s salt, then would be useful for T/C mix fabrics one bath dyeing propess.
APPLICATIONS :                            

                                                             General Usage:    1.0 ~ 1.5 g/L

Disperse dyes          X% o.w.f.

Reactive dyes           Y% o.w.f.

Acetic acid (80%)     03g/L (pH 4.5 ~ 5.5)

Glauber's salt           20 ~ 80g/L

IWA DLA                 1.0 ~ 1.5G/l

     Temp 130 °C — Dyed for 30 - 60 min.

                             |

       60 - 80 °C wash with Caustic Soda  1.0 g/L

                                     Sodium Carbonate  2.0 g/L

                             |

                        Wash

                             |

              Dye fix with iwa fix.

 
PACKING :

35 Kgs. Plastic carboys.
