DEEP SOFT is a softener for all kinds of fibers and can be used by padding method, exhaust method and can simultaneously be used in reduction cleaning bath.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS :
Appearance White milky emulsion
Ionic Properties Nonionic
PH 5.5 ± 1.0
Solubility Easily soluble in cold water
FEATURES :
DEEP SOFT gives an excellent softness for all kinds of fibers, especially for Polyester.

HOW TO USE ?
1)PADDING METHOD :

DEEP SOFT                  ->       0.2 ~ 1.0 % solution

 
2) EXHAUST METHOD

DEEP SOFT                  ->       0.2 ~ 0.5 % o.w.f.
Bath ratio                       ->       1: 10 ~ 30
Temperature X Time        ->       70 ~ 130ºC × 20 ~ 30 min.

 
3) SIMULTANEOUS METHOD WITH REDUCTION CLEANING BATH :
DEEP SOFT                 ->         0.2 ~ 0.5 % o.w.f.
Bath ratio                      ->         1: 10 ~ 30
Temperature ×Time        ->         80 ºC × 10~ 20 min.
NaOH                           ->         1g/L
Hydrosulfite                   ->         1g/L
