SUR MOD Y is a softener for all kinds of fibers and can use by padding method, exhaust method and simultaneously method with reduction cleaning bath.

Appearance White milky emulsion
Ionic Properties Cationic
Solubility Easily soluble in cold water
FEATURES :
SUR MOD Y gives an excellent softness for all kinds of Cellulosics and synthetic yarns, fibres and fabrics.
HOW TO USE ?
1)PADDING METHOD :

SUR MOD Y                      ->    0.2 ~ 1.0 % solution

 
2) EXHAUST METHOD

SUR MOD Y                      ->    0.2 ~ 0.5 % o.w.f.
Bath ratio                           ->   1: 10 ~ 30
Temperature X Time            ->   70 ~ 130ºC × 20 ~ 30 min.

 
3) SIMULTANEOUS METHOD WITH REDUCTION CLEANING BATH :
SUR MOD Y                      ->   0.2 ~ 0.5 % o.w.f.
Bath ratio                           ->   1: 10 ~ 30
Temperature ×Time             ->   80 ºC × 10~ 20 min.
NaOH                                ->   1g/L
Hydrosulfite                        ->   1g/L
