(Rubber Elastomer type Nano Size Silicone Softening gent)
RUBSOL is a rubber elastomer type silicone softening agent, and it imparts excellent softness and stretch-back ability without the decrease of whiteness.
Its particle size is a very corpuscle (nano-size), so it can smoothly and evenly penetrate into fibers, and it shows good durability under repeated washing.
It contains amino group and other specific reactivity functional groups in it’s polymer molecule, giving excellent softness and powerful stretch-back ability without yellowing, because of its special polymerization and cross linking to the fiber.

CHARACTERISTICS:
1. It can be applied to all kind of fibers such as natural fibers and synthetics Fibers and it imparts Excellent softening touch and powerful stretch- back Ability. Also it can improve the sew ability and the tear strength.
2. Its particle size is a very corpuscle (nano-size), so it can smoothly and Evenly penetrate into fibers, and it shows good durability under repeated Washing.
3. It is non-yellowing type, so it can also be applied to the optical bleaching Fibers. It does not decrease various fastnesses.
4. It imparts the brilliant effect to the color, so the high-quality value of textile is More increased. It is most suitable for softening the high-grade fabrics or Knitting such as peach skin, raising fabrics, and suede fabrics.
5. It has good stability in finishing process, so various troubles such as gum-up, Tarring or machine staining does not occur.
APPLICATION:
Padding method: 1-3 % Soln. PAD TO DRY.
Dipping method: 1-3 % owf.
Dip (Norm.Temp. x 10-20 min.) – DRY
* After drying, curing or heat-set is effective for more softening touch, Stretch-back ability, and durability under repeated washing.
* Please pay attention to the temperature and ph of finishing bath in case of Dipping method. Keep the temperature under 40° C and pH weak acidic.
