Description
BRIGHT TONE is a special finishing agent which imparts excellent durable deep color effect and brightening effect by the finishing process. This product is used for the black, navy blue, green etc. color dyeing fabrics of Polyester, Cotton, Rayon, Wool Silk and their blended fabrics etc.
Generally in black dyeing we cannot obtain superior black color even if large quantity of dyestuffs is used. Moreover higher depths by dyestuff it self causes bronziness as well as poor staining, poor dry and wet rubbing fastness.
However, BRIGHT TONE can obtain deep color of 40 – 150 % depth by Pad-Dry-Cure after dyeing. BRIGHT TONE is not normal Deepening agent or dyestuffs but special color deepening agent.

CHARACTERISTICS:
1. BRIGHT TONE gives good effect against all kind of black fabrics, and imparts excellent color Deepening effect especially for Polyester and their blend fabrics.
2. BRIGHT TONE come true high class deepening process by Pad-Dry-Cure Process only. (Lightness: 2 Point below, Concentration: 40-150% up.
3. In case of Chromatic color fabric, its fabrics increase brighten and deepening effect. (In value of 1 Decrease 2 Point by machinery measurement).
4. BRIGHT TONE imparts softening repulsion good sewing effect. Moreover water mark Occurrence is small.
5. Effect obtain by BRIGHT TONE does not go away by passing of time or by normal washing.
6. There is no lose of color value by Washing or dry Cleaning. All kind of dyeing fastnees including rubbing fastness remain same.
7. BRIGHT TONE has good stability to all machine processes and there is no effect of Changing pH and salt.
8. BRIGHT TONE is only for deep color, but if you need to impart other effects, we recommend To use together as under product.
APPICATION:
Treatment Method:
Pad (Squeezing 90 – 100 %) – Dry (110 – 120 C) –
Heat set (160 – 180 C X 20 sec ….. 1 min)
Padding Bath composition:
Standard dosages of BRIGHT TONE against polyester reach the excellent deepening effect range For 30g / L.
Even if the dosage is increased, the deepening effect does not change.
We recommend that standard application which contain Anti-Static, Softening, Sewing and Prevention of water mark, moreover please consider another application which has some ability.
