Description

DEEP SOFT is a softener for all kinds of fibers and can be used by padding method, exhaust method and can simultaneously be used in reduction clearing bath.

PHYSICAL PROPERTIES:

Appearance (25°C):	White milky emulsion
pH (1% Solution):	5.5 ± 1.0
Ionic type:	Nonionic
Solubility:	Easily soluble in cold water

SPECIAL FEATURES:

DEEP SOFT gives an excellent softness for all kinds of fibers, especially for Polyester.

HOW TO USE?:

1) PADDING METHOD:
DEEP SOFT -> 0.2 ~ 1.0 % solution

2) EXHAUST METHOD:
DEEP SOFT -> 0.2 ~ 0.5 % o.w.f.
Bath ratio -> 1: 10 ~ 30

3) SIMULTANEOUS METHOD WITH REDUCTION CLEANING BATH:
DEEP SOFT -> 0.2 ~ 0.5 % o.w.f.
Bath ratio -> 1: 10 ~ 30
Temperature ×Time -> 80 ºC × 10~ 20 min.
NaOH -> 1: 1g/L
Hydrosulfite -> 1g/L
