(Polyester/Disperse Dyes Reduction clearing agent.)
HPRC is a powerful reduction clearing agent for polyester dyeing or printings with disperse dyes. Also effective as a soaping agent for polyester and blended dyeing or printings, and it can remove unfixed disperse dyes and prevents re-staining by disperse dyes.

HPRC improves various kinds of fastness, and especially imparts beautiful white area on printings.

CHARACTERISTICS:

1. Powerfully removes unfixed disperse dyes and prevents re-staining by disperse dyes, Thus excellent reduction clearing effect and good all round fastness is obtained.
2. Shows good reduction clearing effect with the small quantity in a short time.
3. Low foaming type. It contributes to good efficiency of working.
4. Has excellent continuance property of soaping effect.
5. High conc type. So, it is effective with small quantity to be used.

USES:

Standard dosage of the H P R C
Caustic soda (Flake) -> 1-2g/L
Hydrosulfite -> 1-2g/L
H P R C -> 1-2g/L
70-80C x 10-15min.

SUPPLEMENTS:

This soaping agent is available not only for polyester, but also for polyester/cotton, Polyester/rayon and polyester/wool blended fibers.
