(Eco-Friendly Scouring Agent)

IWA DC-26 is a scouring agent mainly used for spandex mixed polyester, other fibers including 100% polyester. This is a newly developed product which performs excellently in removal of natural oil & other impurities. It helps to emulsify & disperse oil such as silicone oil and knitting oil etc.

PH:	7.0 ± 1.0
Solubility:	Easily soluble in warm water (60 to 80 °C)

SPECIAL FEATURES:

1. Excellent in the removal of silicone oil.
2. Since it excels in emulsification & dispersibility of oil it prevents re-adhesion of removed oil.
3. Doesn’t embrittle polyurethane fiber.
4. IWA DC-26 has low foamability and can be used in a jet dyeing machine.
5. Demonstrate the washing of effect which is excellent also in synthetic fibers, such as polyester and nylon.
6. IWA DC-26 is applicable as a one-bath-scouring-dyeing assistant by the combined use with a dyeing assistant.
7. IWA DC-26 does not harm environment, as it is a non-NP, a non-PRTP product.

APPICATION:

The amount of proper (used) – 1.0 – 1.5 g/l.

Since the amount to be use for cellulosic material depends on Scouring conditions please perform preliminary examination before use.
