IWA JETSOFT is a Specialy and tailormade Product for lubrication , having excellent anti creasing, dispersing and leveling properties when used in scouring and desizing of polyester, cotton and viscose rayon.
When used in scouring, desizing and dyeing of viscose rayon, tencel, cotton, T/C,wool inlow bath ratio M/C such as rapid, vertical M/C, it gives very high quality results because of improved leveling effect of proper circulation in M/C due to far more lubrication due to IWA-SW-13.
IWA- JETSOFT is an excellent product which prevents the creases and fold marks in other conventional product when used during, scouring and desizing of polyester in Rotary washer.

CHARACTERISTICS:

1. IWA JETSOFT helps in solving perfectly the problem of creases caused when dyeing and finishing of Tencel, also it gives the even rising of fine-hair effect during sand-washing finishing process.
2. IWA JETSOFT can also be used in dyeing and finishing process, Due to IWA-JETSOFT the quantity of other finishing agents is also Decreseas as it improves the touch of the dyed fabrics.
3. IWA JETSOFT solves the problem of crease of cotton knit specially 10’s, 20’swhen dyeing and finishing.
4. IWA JETSOFT increases the operating efficiency of low bath type is non-foaming and it ratio M/C such as rapid M/C etc. by improvement of circulation of the dyed fabrics.
5. IWA JETSOFT has an excellent washing–off property.So it has no bad whatsoever Effect in the next process.

METHOD OF USING:

Though it depends on the kinds of fabric and working condition. Generally use 1~3% (O.W.F.)

CAUTION:

Because it is a viscous liquid itself, use it only after sufficient mixting in service tank.
