SUR MOD Y is a softener for all kinds of fibers and can be used by padding method, exhaust method or simultaneously method in the reduction clearing bath.

SUR MOD Y gives an excellent softness for all kinds of Cellulosic’s and synthetic Yarns, fibres and fabrics.

HOW TO USE?:

1) PADDING METHOD:

SUR MOD Y:

0.2 ~ 1.0 % solution

2) EXHAUST METHOD:

SUR MOD Y:	0.2 ~ 0.5 % o.w.f.
Bath ratio:	1: 10 ~ 30
Temperature X Time:	70 ~ 130ºC × 20 ~ 30 min.

3) SIMULTANEOUS METHOD WITH REDUCTION CLEANING BATH:

SUR MOD Y:	0.2 ~ 0.5 % o.w.f.
Bath ratio:	1: 10 ~ 30
Temperature X Time:	80 ºC × 10~ 20 min.
NaOH:	1g/L
Hydrosulfite:	1g/L
